What is Koi?

The origins of the koi symbolism can be traced back to ancient Chinese mythology. According to legend, a school of koi swam against the current of the Yellow River, overcoming various obstacles and powerful waterfalls. One koi successfully reached the Dragon Gate at the top of a waterfall, where it transformed into a dragon. This tale symbolizes perseverance, courage, and the ability to overcome adversity.

In both Chinese and Japanese cultures, koi are believed to bring prosperity and good luck. In Feng Shui, an ancient Chinese practice of harmonizing energy, koi fish are considered auspicious symbols that attract wealth and abundance. Many businesses and homes display koi motifs or ornamental ponds to invite prosperity and success.

Reed Diffuser Instructions

-Carefully remove the cap from the bottle of fragrance oil.

-Insert the reeds into the bottle, making sure they are fully submerged in the oil. How many you use is up to you- more reeds, more scent!

-Allow the reeds to absorb the oil for at least an hour, or until they are saturated.

-Turn the reeds upside down, so the dry ends are now in the oil.

-Place the bottle in a safe location where the fragrance can be appreciated- keep away from open flames, pets, children, or high traffic areas where the diffuser could be knocked over.

-Flip the reeds occasionally to refresh the scent and keep the fragrance consistent.
