    • Photos of the damaged item and packaging.

    • Your preference for a refund or replacement.

3. Review and Resolution

  • Once your report is reviewed, we will offer a resolution.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds: If a refund is requested and approved, please allow up to 7 business days for the amount to be processed and reflected on your original payment method.
  • Replacements: If a replacement is requested, we will process and ship the new item as soon as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once the replacement is dispatched.

Non-Damaged Goods
